START LIVING

Our search started by using the services of Christine Tautari from Blue Gecko Estates, to find a property in Marbella for a holiday rental. Christine started the search while we were out of the country conducting video viewings and dealing with our many questions, going over and above what was needed. Her knowledge of the area, the process and her connection to all third parties put us at ease. We signed the deal in September and have been enjoying our property ever since.

We asked Christine from Blue Gecko Estates to list our property and we are happy to say she did a fantastic job, kept us informed every step of the way and worked professionally and tirelessly, to get the job done. From the first phone conversation with Christine Tautari, one word that kept hitting me was "SERVICE", there weren't a lot of smart broker words, but down to earth conversations about our requirements and needs in the sales process.
The house went up for sale in May 2024 and contracts were signed with the new owners of our house in August 2024 and at the price Christine Tautari had told us she expected we could get for the house.

It has been a real pleasure to follow her work with the sale of our house and she has always came back with status and updates on the matter without me having to wait for an answer or even call my self to get the updates.
